Cash Flow Hoops is operated by Gostar Digital LLC, PO Box 1980-345, Loíza, Puerto Rico 00772. By buying or using a card, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not buy a card.

What you are buying

A digital card containing a set number of coupons from a participating business. Each coupon entitles the holder to the offer described on the card, most often buy one, get one free.

Cards are sold by basketball teams and programs to raise funds. Half the price of every card goes to the team; the other half runs the platform. The participating business pays nothing and receives nothing from the sale.

All sales are final

Each purchase supports a team, and every purchase is final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges or partial credits, whether or not any coupons have been used.

Using your coupons

• One coupon per visit. Coupons may not be combined in a single transaction.
• Coupons are valid only at the participating locations listed by the business.
• Coupons are redeemed on your own device. You open your card, peel a coupon, and show it to staff to mark it redeemed.
• A peeled or redeemed coupon cannot be restored.
• Coupons are not valid with other offers unless the business allows it.
• Cards expire one year from the date of purchase, or on the date set by the business, whichever comes first. The expiry date is shown on your card.

Access to your card

Your card is reached through a private link sent to the email address you gave at checkout. There is no account and no password. Anyone holding that link can peel and redeem your coupons, so treat it as you would a gift card. Keep the email. We can help you find your card again using the email address or card code from your receipt.

Participating businesses

Coupons are offers made by independent businesses, not by us. We do not own, operate or control them. Gostar Digital LLC is not responsible for the quality, availability or conduct of any participating business.

If a business closes, changes ownership, stops participating or declines to honor a coupon, we have no obligation to refund, replace or substitute your card or any unused coupons. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the businesses listed on our site accurate, and to tell teams when a business leaves the program.

Teams, coaches and players

Teams and coaches are responsible for the information they enter, including player names, and for using the platform only for the fundraiser it was provided for. We may remove a campaign or suspend access if the platform is used in a way that misleads supporters or harms a participating business.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Your purchase is also subject to Stripe's own terms.

Fair use

Do not attempt to create coupons or cards you did not pay for, redeem coupons you do not hold, interfere with the service, or access parts of it you were not given a link to.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Gostar Digital LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the card in question.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you bought your card is the one that applies to that card. Material changes will be noted by the date at the top of this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
